Family Counseling

Families can struggle from time to time with conflict that occurs not only between the adults, but also the children.  Sometimes living situations may be very complex, with several generations living in the same household.  This can lead to disagreements on a variety of levels, sometimes with no resolution.

Therapy can help with these issues by helping family members learn better ways to communicate, resolve some matters with a session, and provide additional tools that not only reduce future conflicts but provide models of behavior for children.  By allowing the entire family to benefit from the therapeutic process, every family member is made to feel supported and their feelings heard.
